Overview
Collaborated on a team project to improve the Seattle University Campus Store experience. Conducted student research, helped shape an omnichannel solution with app, rewards, and vending ideas, and presented the final proposal to judges at the Jones Idea Challenge.

- Surveyed around 100 students to understand campus store pain points and unmet needs
- Helped design an omnichannel retail solution with app features, rewards ideas, and vending machine access
- Presented the final idea and recommendations to judges at the Seattle University Jones Idea Challenge
