About Me

Quan Pham

I’m Quan Pham

Computer Science student at Seattle University (GPA 3.5), originally from Vietnam.

I spent summer 2025 at Amazon as a Software Engineer Intern on Alexa Customer Service, where I built an internal triage tool with AWS Bedrock that reduced customer-impacting errors by 20% and saved $1,000 in ops cost.

I love building beautiful, responsive products — always curious, always learning, and always ready to ship something useful with the teams I work with. Interested in full-stack engineering, mobile development, and applied ML tooling.

Apart from coding, some other things I love!

  • Pickup basketball at UREC
  • Hackathons & late-night MVPs
  • Esports & PC tinkering
  • Reading and travelling
"Strive to build things that make a difference!"
